XBox Gamer Harassed for Being Gay

I just found out some disturbing news. Just when you think the gay community is making some advancements in equality… just this past Sunday the movie, MILK, a movie about a gay political figure, took home some big awards, you find out harassment based on sexuality is happening online.

Let me explain, I just learned that a female gamer who identified herself as a lesbian on an XBox live online game was harassed and kicked off the site! For what reason… her sexuality!!! We’re now being kicked off XBox games for being gay, what?!?

Microsoft is doing nothing about this online bigotry. Damn, people are kicked off chat rooms for just using offensive language. In this case of online gaming, a human being was singled out and targeted for nothing more than her sexuality.
